Related Exercises

The concept of gradation (of difficulty) has been introduced to the child without a conscious effort from the day one under practical life exercises such as spooning, pouring, transferring etc. The concept of gradation learnt by the child with this material is a conscious and concrete effort to understand the same.

This knowledge eases and helps him to understand the varieties of gradation applied in other materials such as touch boards where the child learns grades of surfaces, grading sounds from loudest to softest under sound boxes, grading thermic bottles from hottest to coldest, grading fabrics according to textures, grading different grades of paper. It lays the foundation for understanding the hierarchies under mathematics.
